Manitou Truckin’ Company is a Michigan-based Grateful Dead tribute band rooted in the spirit, improvisation, and community of the original Dead experience. Hailing from northern Michigan (with ties to the Traverse City area), the group has built a reputation as one of the region’s premier Dead cover acts.
An eight-piece ensemble featuring some of northern Michigan’s top musical talent, Manitou Truckin’ Company delivers energetic, authentic performances that capture the psychedelic jams, extended improvisation, and free-flowing setlists that defined the Grateful Dead’s live shows.
